Help test and shape the website that will change the Harry Potter fandom forever.

Hello, Beta Testers!

You have been constantly vigilant, which has enabled you to earn a spot in the beta program.

Now let's talk a little bit about what this means, how to enter and what you can do.

Because we are still experiencing email issues with some of you, we have built a tool to allow you to change your beta email address to an email address that you can receive our emails at.

How to enter myHogwarts beta

Starting on March 15th at 12PM Eastern (New York) time, we will have a registration form available on the home page.

On March 15th, that registration form will allow only those who made it into the beta program on "Day 1" to register.

You must use the email address you entered when you passed the beta test, or the email you changed it to with this attached form.

Each following day, we will "unlock" registrations to allow the following beta day. For example, on March 15th, registration will be unlocked for people who passed the beta test on Day 1. On the 16th, we will allow those who passed the beta test on Days 1 and 2 to enter. On the 17th, we will allow those who passed the beta test on Days 1, 2 and 3 to enter; and so on.

You do not have to register on your particular day. You can register at any time AFTER your date was given access.

Word of caution: The reason for a "rolling registration unlock" is to monitor the server's load as new groups of users are let in, to watch how much toll this takes on the server. There IS a chance that we may pause the rolling registration in order to make upgrades to our server, and your entrance day may be pushed back. Please keep in mind that we are not Pottermore. We are not financially backed by JK Rowling or Sony or any other corporate entity. This is a fan-made effort. However, we will do our best to act quickly in ensuring we release access to all beta testers before the public launch.

Extra note: If you don't remember which day you got beta access, the registration form will tell you when you try and register. If it is not your day, it will tell you which day you will be allowed to access.

What you'll have access to

Because we are fine-tuning various aspects of myHogwarts, you will only have access to a limited number of features. When you gain access, you will be able to view or partake in the following:

- Social Networking (adding friends, meeting friends, profile information, picture, etc)
- Listening to Wizarding Radio

Over the following weeks, we will be opening up different areas of myHogwarts in order for you to test.

What we ask of you

When you get into myHogwarts, there is a red banner on the bottom-right of your screen labeled "Beta Center".

Because you were given early access to myHogwarts as a beta tester, we ask that you provide feedback to us. This could mean offering a suggestion, giving your own comments, or especially reporting bugs with the website.

Each and every SINGLE beta entry you submit is reviewed by our staff and is acted upon. We do not look at random entries. We will not only read each and every single one of the submissions, but we will respond to them as well.

Please have fun with the early access, but do help us out in making myHogwarts as best as it can be.
